Credit Card Orders
If you would rather pay for your order with a
regular credit card than paypal just give me a call
during regular business hours (I am in California)
at 661-340-5723 and we can do that.
Rush Orders and Shipping Times
Typical turn around time is 3-4 weeks, if you need
something quicker then that it isn't a problem but
there IS an additional rushed order fee of $25.00.
Returns
I am changing my policy here, so even on custom
orders I will work with you. I understand the
economy, enough said . . .
On stock orders I will do an even exchange minus
shipping (shipping your new item out to you) and
a 10% re-stocking fee.
On custom orders (anything with YOUR choice of
text or a ring for example) I will give you back a
credit of 25% of the purchase value of your
exchange, this is only a credit with me towards
another purchase from me and holds absolutely
no cash value. Shipping charges also apply here.
Layaway!
For my existing customers (who have placed at
least two orders with me) I will begin work on
orders with a 30% down payment.
New Customers can enjoy layaway privileges with
a 60% down payment on custom orders or 50%
down on stock pieces.
